A "deadly" dragon in Tavistock

The dangerous dragon in Meadowlands Park.
A dragon play-park feature in Tavistock has come under criticism due to it's "deadly" teeth. Apparently there should have been balls attached to the ends of the teeth, to make them safer for children, but they are missing. Parents have expressed concerns that their children could easily trip and impale themselves on these sharp fangs.

The dragon should be fixed in the next week, according to Tavistock Town Council, but personally I don't see why they can't just remove the pointy teeth, rather than put balls on them. It's not as if this dragon is ever going to eat children so they are really not needed!
